University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Finance Officer (Maternity cover for 6 months)

Your Responsibility 

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure expense claims, fapiaos, and receipts comply with regulations, and policies and audit financial entries for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Improve reimbursement procedures to enhance user satisfaction and provide guidance and support to faculty and departments.
  • Supervise and advise team members to maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues within operational limits.
  • Develop and revise finance policies and procedures, and recommend and implement system optimizations and procedural improvements, and train staff on finance system functions and policies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback for procedure and system enhancements, and collaborate with internal and external departments to optimize finance systems and functions.

About You 

  • You should have Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics and relevant disciplines, Master degree would be ideal
  • You should have 2-3 years financial service/management experiences, familiar with data processing and analysing tools would be desirable.
  • You should have well-developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
