University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit an Officer in HR Development and Engagement Team (Maternity cover for 6 months)

Your Responsibility

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research and identify engagement focus areas to plan engagement projects/activities;
  • Assist line manager in the development and implementation of HR strategy and plans.
  • Develop, organize and promote staff engagement projects/activities to increase internal communications and enrich engaging culture;
  • Process Chinese certificates applications;
  • Support and promote staff learning and development programmes/courses;
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Learning Portal and e-learning platform;
  • Support manager to deliver projects and lead projects when asked;
  • Answer staff enquires and provide professional advices to junior colleagues for complicated and escalated issues.
  • Liaise, communicate and build coordinative and collaborative relationships with internal colleagues/departments across the University and external partners/providers for the development and effective delivery of staff development and engagement activities.

About You

  • You should have Bachelor degree or above in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline;
  • You should have Good command of both English and Chinese;
  • You should have Experience of project planning and delivery;
