University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Project Manager in Strategy and Planning Team
Your Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee project coordination, reporting, finances, schedules, and stability, ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope and resources.
- Lead short-term projects for assigned schools or departments, or contribute to larger university-wide projects, to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to new projects, processes, and plans supporting innovation, and report on project status while implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations within policy guidelines to support decision-making, learning, teaching, and research activities.
- Present individual or team work at internal or external meetings to ensure school/departmental issues are effectively represented.
About You
- You should have Bachelor's Degree or above in Project Management, Business Management or relevant area. Master's Degree would be ideal.
- You should have relevant working experience in project management or large-scale events management.
- You should have good command of both English and Chinese.
- You should have experience in the high education industry or having a good understanding of the university business departments.
