University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit an Assistant in HR Development and Engagement Team

Your Responsibility

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research and identify engagement focus areas to plan engagement projects/activities;
  • Develop, organize and promote staff engagement projects/activities to increase internal communications and enrich engaging culture
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Learning Portal and e-learning platform;
  • Liaise, communicate and build coordinative and collaborative relationships with internal colleagues/departments across the University and external partners/providers for the development and effective delivery of staff development and engagement activities.
  • Process Chinese certificates applications.

About You

  • You should have University degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline, Master's Degree would be ideal;
  • You should have good command of both English and Chinese;
  • You should have experience of planning and organizing trainings and activities;
  • Experience of working in an international setting would be ideal.
