The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit an Assistant of CELE Professional Services Office.
Your Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include:
• Cooperate with relevant departments and vendors to prepare all the services and materials needed for the training programmes,
• Offer on-site support for programme delivery, focusing on customer service, attendance tracking, assignment and assessment support, data management, and event organisation,
• Manage trainee recruitment, processing applications and enrolment,
• Support CELE departmental marketing and events,
• Provide support to other teams within the department as may reasonably be required.
About You
• You should have a Bachelor's degree and preferably a postgraduate degree.
• You should have excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and verbal.
• You should have excellent project management skills.
• You should have excellent time-management skills and organisation skills.
• You should have relevant experience in events and project organisation and coordination.
• You should have experience of working or studying in a multicultural environment.

CELE provides a wide range of Year 1, Master Degree Preparation and Professional Education and Training courses, which form an integral part of the student experience at UNNC. CELE Professional Services Office provides administrative support to CELE, including Teaching and Learning, In-sessional & Pre-sessional, Events, Marketing & Operational Support.

The post will be offered a fixed-term contract initially of 3 years with a probation of 6 months with University of Nottingham Ningbo China with effect from Feburary 2026 or as soon as thereafter.
