About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Incubator Assistant to join the Li Dak Sum Incubator team at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations and strategic development of our vibrant innovation ecosystem. You will work closely with startups, students, staff, and external partners to deliver a world-class incubation platform that fosters entrepreneurship and knowledge exchange.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily incubator operations, including tenant onboarding, contract administration, facility management, and Feishu system maintenance.

Support the planning and delivery of flagship events such as the Global Pitch competition, innovation workshops, and networking sessions to promote entrepreneurial culture.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, to enhance incubator visibility, secure funding, and build strategic partnerships.

Assist in tenant review processes, data analysis, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

Provide professional support to incubator tenants and UNNC community members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess:

A university degree in business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in administrative coordination, event management, and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools such as Feishu.

A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Desirable qualifications include experience in incubation, startup support, or innovation programming, as well as familiarity with funding mechanisms and marketing in an entrepreneurial context.
